1. The service
NFTWizard is a browser-based creative tool for planning and generating visual NFT collections. The service can produce base-character proposals, artwork variations, trait data, rarity information and metadata. These Terms apply to the website, application and prepaid credits.
2. Eligibility and your account
You may use NFTWizard only if you can lawfully enter into this agreement. Sign-in is provided through an eligible Google account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to it secure.
3. Your inputs
You must have all necessary rights and permissions for prompts, reference images, names, logos and other material you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, exploitative, hateful or abusive. You grant NFTWizard a limited, non-exclusive right to process your inputs solely to provide, secure and operate the service.
4. AI-generated output
Generative systems are probabilistic. Outputs can contain unexpected features and may resemble material generated for other users or found elsewhere. You are responsible for reviewing all artwork, names, traits and metadata before publishing, minting, advertising or selling a collection.
As between you and NFTWizard, and to the extent NFTWizard has rights in the generated output, NFTWizard assigns those rights to you after the applicable generation has been completed. This does not guarantee copyright ownership, uniqueness, trademark clearance, marketplace acceptance, commercial success, blockchain availability or the value of any digital asset.
5. Credits, payments and promotions
Credits are prepaid service units used to request generation. The credit cost for a request is shown in the app before it begins; for example, a single generated NFT normally uses one credit and a base-proposal request normally uses three credits. Credits are not currency, are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and are not an investment product.
Prices, pack sizes, availability and promotional bonuses are displayed before purchase. A promotion applies only to eligible purchases made during its stated availability and may be changed or withdrawn for future purchases.
6. Service availability
Generation depends on third-party infrastructure and can occasionally be delayed, unavailable or fail. If a paid generation fails because of a technical issue in the service, we will investigate and may restore the credits used for that request. We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or payment systems.
7. Prohibited use
You may not bypass usage limits, payment controls or security measures; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorised access; use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; or present NFTWizard output as guaranteed unique, valuable or investment-grade.
8. Changes and contact
